Park Shadow Associates

Park Shadow Associates is a company that is in the entitlement phase of a new nature-focused residential mixed-use development. The project will be a contemporary village beautifully inlaid into a forest an hour north of NYC. The village center will feature residential brownstones and live-work lofts encircling a public square, co-working space, and retail shops, as well as a boutique hotel that will host activities like cooking classes, wine tasting, holiday events, etc.

• Financial loan application drafting 

• Market and industry research

• User journeys maps → identify users: retirees, parents, remote workers

• Understand how residents would use or navigate through the project, seasonal phases, weekdays, weekends

• Develop go-to-marketing strategies
